A Hawaiian style full body massage, Sensual Bliss Unlock your potential with  breath, awareness and an ancient Polynesian full body  massage,  designed to stimulate the natural flow of energy within your body. With the use of warm oil and  long flowing movement over the body, Aloha healing energy and intuitive listening.
 
Each session uniquely tailored to your individual needs  circumstances and life experience , this transformative energy therapy  works on recalibrating and harmonising mind body spirit.  This bodywork being a little  more dynamic and flowing than my other therapies, moves stagnant energy,  calms an overactive nervous system, by removing obstacles to flow of energy , restoring vitality. This ancient healing practice will take you to an awakened place of deep physical and emotional wellbeing. Clients report feeling more grounded and centred in themselves, a powerful reset.

THAI TRADITIONAL MASSAGE

An ancient tradition healing system that combines acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principals and assisted yoga postures.   Stretch and deep compression , a deep tissue , clothes on massage therapy, with assisted stretching/passive yoga . Unlike other massage the therapist uses hands forearms knees and feet , moving you around in various positions , applying deep rhythmic pressure to “Sans” energy channels, improving flexibility , circulation and reducing muscle tension and joint stiffness.
 
Deeply relaxing yet rejuvenating  this massage is performed  with client laying on a floor mat or on a massage table , you remain fully clothed in loose fitting clothes
